I received these cinnamon tablets from Amazon. I was interested in trying them because they said that is the best cinnamon determined by Research so I was curious. I used immediately after receiving I have to use for a longer length of time but right now I have no issues with them. These help with joint health. They also have been known to boost metabolism. they also help with hard health and blood circulation. I look forward to putting this into my health regimen. please do your own research. In my opinion, it seems to be a good thing.

This supplement is an excellent way to get more cinnamon in your diet without having to use it on food in larger quantities. I love that this supplement is manufactured in the USA and undergoes 3rd party testing. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no taste. I did open up a capsule to try the cinnamon on its own and it is very fresh-tasting. It isn't as finely ground as cinnamon you'd buy in the spice aisle and it tastes fresher and more spicy than the cinnamon I have in the pantry. In fact, it tastes so great that I may use most of it on food, but it's nice to have the option of taking it in a capsule.
